It's been a busy few weeks here at the Crossing.  We've had visitors practically every weekend:

Martha and Richard came down for Don's birthday

the Eaves family came for a short summer vacation, and went to the Wildlife Park at Natural Bridge caverns,

Market Days in Wimberley with Auntie and Cory,

and the Old Tunnel Bat Cave near Fredericksburg

the Verrett family dropped by after a recent trip to Austin to catch up with Brian,

Buddy and Karen Baker escaped Houston for the world not famous Blanco Lavender Festival and Hot Dog Eating contest

Earl, Jon and Dick checked in to inaugurate the ad hoc Gordo Memorial Golf Tournament,

And Brian pops down from Dallas about every three weeks just for the heck of it!

Meanwhile however, the Crossing has seen its share of activity as well.  We are still being told an October completion, but they are maintaining a very good pace right now, and we are not giving up hope for late September.  The travertine floors are in, but they cover them up immediately until all the messy stuff is done, so stayed tuned-they are beautiful.

Adios for now!
