July 29.  We have 'enjoyed' several weeks of solid progress, and even had some good rain to cap it.

There seems to be a good bit of momentum that we are hopeful will carry into August.  If we can keep up the pace........we might be in around the first of October.  Of this you can be assured, if we are not, it won't be from lack of trying.
